Consignment Sale

10/02/2017 - 03/15/2018
All Day

Our 2018 Consignment Sale Registration is now open! At Central Bearden, we hold one consignment sale each year. Consignors decide the prices of their items and then drop off their gently used children’s & junior’s items for sell. Then shoppers will come to the ROC gym to shop for these items. We have opened this year’s registration earlier to help those who are wanting to consign. We know how busy life can get, so we want to make sure that you have plenty of time to get those items registered and pinned.

To register to consign, please visit our Consignment Sale Website. Here you can find all of our documents for volunteers, guidelines and recalled information. You can also register to consign. For additional information please checkout our Facebook page. If you have further questions, please contact Ashley Nelkin (anelkin@cbcbearden.org).

During the season of Advent, Central Bearden hosts an Advent Concert Series. The third Sunday in December, we have an outside artist come in for a special concert. This year we are pleased to welcome back Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass! The will be with during Sunday morning Worship (8:45am and 11:05 am) and for their concert Sunday evening at 6pm!

Tim Zimmerman and The King’s Brass present hymn classics with a contemporary flair.  The King’s Brass features three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, percussion and keyboards.  These instruments blend together to create a time of innovative worship that will be enjoyed by all generations.

Secular and sacred music critics alike applaud their concerts as “superb in every way” and “innovative and well played.”  “Truly, an unforgettable experience!”

The King’s Brass, formed three decades ago, is comprised of professional musicians from across the country, who desire to use the instruments they love to lead others in praise and worship.  Based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, the group plays over 120 concerts per year from coast to coast as well as international destinations.

The King’s Brass’ most recent recording is titled HOPE.  This CD, released on the Summit Records label (www.summitrecords.com), features the group’s flugelhorns and low brass, along with special guest the Men of The Chapel and Aire Born Strings.
